Two + weeks ago, I left a sweatshirt in my seat after landing at IAH. I realized it when I was leaving the UC to head to my connecting flight. They called the gate, it had be found, but moved by the cleaners and there wasn't enough time for me to get it. The UC agent asked that they put my name on it and that I would send in a notification through the lost & found page. Every 3-4 days I get a form email that my request is being worked on. At this point I don't expect to get it back, but it is disappointing knowing it was located and I can't even get a response.
