E+F are the best seats for two people traveling together. They have aisle access, but are very slightly claustrophobic. The aisle seats are too exposed to the aisle for sleeping to be comfortable; plus, as you can see, there are no aisle seats that are directly across the aisle from each other except for row 13. The window seats are by far the best seats for individuals.
