While I have an idea which AGCs to order with our 19 Amex CCs ($1009.90 brings 1000-1500 MRs for free vs. cash option) I am undecided about 2xServe.

Wouldn't $200 AGC with a code and a risk to loose CB be the best bet?

Although trivial monetary gain we still need to keep ourselves honest as in the end we still have to pay those annual fees if not incentivized.
