Can't find "fare lock" or "book by phone" feature in new look website

With the rollout of the new look United.com website (at least for certain pages), I cannot find the Fare Lock feature.

Nor can I find the feature that allows you to complete your ticketing by telephone. That feature allows you to place the reservations on Hold, and then gives you a certain amount of time to complete the ticketing by speaking with an agent. In the current, new look website, there is an immediate "speak to agent" button. But no way to hold the itinerary.
