It doesn't matter, I triend about 3 different payment cards. In the end when I wanted to repeat this again for my partner I had to ring up Delta. On average it takes around 1 hour because even their call centre staff are confused by the screen.
So there is no other way around this, the Delta Cuit is either working on their website, or I have to waste time on the phone with Delta?
