Flew four days ago lhr dfw on line asked me was i travelling with esta or visa but would not let me complete at the airport staff seemed a little confused what to do.Eventually got checked in,only middle seats available in Y(lucky I had booked and paid for seat selection at time of booking.)Totally unsatisafactory having no chance of a decent seat by checking in three hours before flight
