BTW- My first trip to Fiji was aborted (in '87?) for the previous coup! I'd planed to go outbound from the US because I could not schedule a decent return trip (on Qantas) on my return after nearly three weeks of meetings in Australia!

Also, I think most folks in the States hit the Carribbean or Hawaii as Bill mentioned.
