A question: I see that I can get 300 FB miles using the FB Silver 963123 CDP code when renting on Hertz. On the other hand, I see that with AF Co-branded Amex Gold I can get 15 FB miles for 10 eur spent also on Hertz. They give the CDP code 511000.

Seem the FB offering is much more interesting. I was wondering if the two are cumulative ? Is it also cumulative with Hertz Gold Reward ?
