Talking about frustration. I can only agree !!

My partner still hasn't got his badges. In fact, he wrote to member service couple weeks back. They reply back saying the email should had been sent to his registered email please check. He wrote back confirming that he has not received any (not even in junk mail coz he does check it regularly) and asked them to recheck... No reply.

Last week he sent another follow-up email ..again no reply.
