Out of the box, when you press the button to turn it on, it will be in pairing mode right away (red/blue flashes). To pair with another device, do it when the BTunes is off, press and hold the button for about 6 seconds, release when you see red/blue flashes. You can plug it into the headphones, after you press and hold the button, you'll hear voice prompts in this sequence: power on, battery (hi/mid/lo), pairing. Release the button after you hear "pairing".
If you continue pressing the button after hearing "pairing", you'll hear two beeps and the BTunes is reset to factory defaults, and it removes all previously paired devices. After that, when you turn on the BTunes, it's automatically in pairing mode.

to clarify, does BTunes support multipoint? Meaning it can be paired with multiple devices at the same time, and will take a call from either source?
Or upon powering up, will it just pair with one of the devices?
FWIW I tried messing around with this - pairing w/ my iPhone and the BT transmitter, but it seemed to only work with one source at a time...
