Beyond the rights, there would be very little feed. The route would be relying entirely on local MIA-NRT traffic in addition to, of course, AA's heavy South American network. I'm not sure if Latin America and the local traffic would be enough to support it. Of course, the lack of landing slots, the relatively low priority this route would have when landing slots do open up, etc., would block it before they even started considering the traffic.
