When you get your tickets, ALWAYS check the order your flight coupons are stapled togheter.
it should read 1 of 4, 2 of 4, 3 of 4 (for each booklet, unless there are less than 4 segments where it should be 1 of 2, 2 of 2 etc.)
Also, the ticket has an area that says "PNR" or show an indication of "record locator"
You can go to the following websites to verify your PNR.
If you are unable to determine which CRS the agent ticketed with, try them all.
Apollo/Galileo:
http://www.viewtrip.com
Sabre/Abacus:
http://www.virtuallythere.com
Worldspan:
http://www.mytripandmore.com
(1st-air makes their bookings on worldspan)
Amadeus:http://www.checkmytrip.com
These websites will display your PNR (itinerary) in user friendly format.
Your ticket should be assembled in the same order has the segments shown on the PNR.
(if not in the same order, carefully remove the staples and restaple the ticket in the correct order and use it ONLY in that order to avoid trouble)
If 1st-air.net didn't give you the coupons for the hidden city segments, then you are in big trouble !!! or maybe call them and have them send them to you (unless they have already destroyed them)
