As one who is paranoid about losing tickets - and as one who has lost paper tickets and had my kids lose their paper tickets - I find e-tickets great. If, on the rare occasion you need to get it printed out, that can always be done. One question I've always had is what happens when computers go down and the gate agents can't access the e-ticket files? Are there back-up printouts?
