Fee is $30 per ticket. In my experience, I usually have to call to cancel and get miles redeposited immediately.

With cancellation revenue tickets would end up costing you $191, personally I would do the revenue as I value the miles a little bit more, but ultimately it all depends on how much valuation you are putting on your miles.
