From past (painful) experience, I need at least an angled lie-flat. Probably 160 degree or so recline would be enough. I don't think even Virgin's well publicised and liked premium economy would work.

I'm looking at something called Air Europa at the moment -- no frills (certainly not the quality of service or product one would expect from Business class), but if they have the seat that's what matters...
