LMTclub has Fremont for $346 all in for your dates. It would be more of a drive for her to the South Strip, but good for you to walk around....

Also, Gold Coast for $405 plus resort fee. Westin Lake Las Vegas is a great deal at $409, but not handy for going anywhere.
