I honestly don't think our managers get any financial reward when members of their team receive a Golden Ticket.
Personally and I know many that feel the same way they mean nothing, I have received them for just doing what I consider just doing by job, I have also been offered one by a gentleman if I upgraded him.
I have never handed any of mine in, I don't need the thanks from my manager a genuine thank you from a customer is enough for me.
There are some crew that want their name up in lights and love the adoration, I would just like to be treated with respect.
