I assume that you have a PP membership card. Have you checked their website for HKG lounges?

Also, have you checked for lounge locations on delta.dumb using the drop down menu for SkyTeam ElitePlus flying a SkyTeam international itinerary (I assume)?

IIRC when you arrive at HKG you're forced to go toward immigration and customs and won't have access to any airside lounges, so you're looking for either a land side lounge or a dedicated arrivals lounge. I suspect that neither exists, either for SkyTeam or PP, but you should check to be sure.
