I'll add to that the Grand Hyatt is a superior quieter hotel
Though the views are nice at both not being in a dated hotel like the Hilton with an inferior lesser breakfast makes it a no brainer to me
The biggest issue I have with the Grand Hyatt DFW is that they can't clone it or move it to the Downtown
