Yes. Agent has to waitlist the CX segments (even if the waitlist is closed) and then call CX to guarantee the seat. But you must keep your CX MPO number on the CX booking. You cannot change it or else lose the guarantee.

Better make full use of the seat guarantee while it lasts another 6 months.
