I go TPAC 4-5 times a year. My usual is SFO-HKG.
The flight attendant and bathroom ratios are better than below. Plus, the riff-raff tend to avoid trundling up the stairs into the higher-class cabin to use the facilities or walk their kids around.

It's just better space, service, and layout and aside from boarding, you won't even realize there are hundreds of people below decks.
