I recommend Gilley's for steak and drinks,
there's plenty of dining/drinking spots within this outdoor complex. Personally I like to go south on HWY 17 to Murrells Inlet for seafood at Drunken Jacks' or any of the seafood restaurants in that area, and there's a bunch. Or, head HWY 17 North towards N. Myrtle Beach to Barefoot Landing, there you can find many restaurants, some with nightly entertainment.
