Both the Hampton Inn Westport (off of Dorsett)

(after winter 2018 remodel, no more smoking rooms)

and the
Homewood Suites Riverport Gone smoke-free in 2016

have smoking rooms.

I know the first has an airport shuttle to/from STL, and I believe the second one does too.
