I tried to search but I guess I'm not sure what terms to use so apologies if this has been asked already.

Basically, I'd like to book for my son/daughter and extend my Gold/Platinum benefits to them. Hyatt has the "Guest of Honor" - it allows me to book and extend my Diamond benefits for their use (amenity, use of lounge, etc...). Does Starwood have something similar?
