People really tend to over estimate the number of delays they experience. If you are based on Boston, how is it possible to experience delays on 70% of your United flights? Perhaps he is only flying RJs to CLE? Other than that, it just does not add up.
Yea, either he's overstating his issues or catastrophically unlucky. Its not like United doesn't have issues, but not 30% on time rate issues.
