Is there any way to make non-transferable points, transferable? This has nothing to do with Citigold/taxable points. I was matched to the 60K premier offer (originally I got 50K), so I got 10K points, but those aren't transferable. I don't plan to use the 1.6c/$ benefit my Prestige gets; mainly just transfers...has anyone been able to make them transferable?
