All things that are known but also just a pet peeve of mine is poor quality reporting.

Someone flying 200k miles for $25k is definitely not a business class customer. He may be a corporate customer. He may be a frequent flyer. He may be many things and valuable, but he most definitely is not flying business class....at least not paid.
