Not always but we're talking about such an slim % that's un-describable.

IAH-PEK barely even has 1 PAX in F that day if lucky. I have no reason to see why they would do T-72 hours.
I just booked IAH-PEK for a client in O (two pax) about 60 days in advance a couple of weeks ago. Also booked two PEK-SFO flights in O for next summer.
