A priority mail flat rate box is the key to fairly quick, inexpensive shipping for smallish items. For a couple of bucks more it's trackable.
Small size is $5.95, (large enough for a charger,) medium (large enough for Bose headphones) is $12.65, both for 2 day delivery.
