I just completed a one-night award stay here with some friends and when I checked out, I had a $0 folio when I checked out...so they didn't charge me the $25 Facilities Fee. I fully expected and was willing to pay the fee since my friends and I used the bicycles the hotel had for our half day ride across the Bay Bridge.

A few other notes:

- Good platinum recognition when I checked in. There were not any suites available but they upgraded us to the "Premier" floors (floors 26 and higher).
- The platinum breakfast was continental with the option to upgrade to a full buffet for $5 typically; however, the check-in agent offered us the full buffet breakfast for free.
- The full buffet breakfast was terrific for a US property including freshly squeeze orange juice, smoothies, lox, eggs Benedict, and this delicious sauteed potato thing.
- We were planning on renting bikes to ride into Sausalito but saw that the facilities fee included an option to rent bikes for free from the hotel. The hotel only has 4 bikes with locks/helmets (they apparently got 2 more a few weeks ago), but they're first come first serve. If you want to borrow a bike, call down early to say you're interested.
- No C.O. Bigelow toiletries. The stuff in the room felt pretty generic and crappy.
