I flew back CW from IAD on the weekend, my only issue was the IFE screen kept closing itself unless you pulled it well past perpendicular (and even then it still closed itself back in to closed position numerous times in flight).

As an Op-up it was my first experience of CW lower deck, I prefer upper deck albeit it does allow you to appreciate the flex of the wing in flight!!

My only other issues were fellow passengers...
