Slightly confused by this as you move up Bronze, Silver then Gold?
Anyway it is my understanding that you get an additional suitcase at Silver so if you only make bronze you wont get one.
However and you might want to wait for conformation on this I believe that if it is a connecting flight, same PNR, from a Oneworld flight then the baggage allowance from that flight applies to you.
