On-Business scheme on AA reservations
Since the relaunch you can collect on-buiness credits on AA transatlantic reservations and connections.
Has anyone been able to
1) Use the on-business number when creating a reservation on aa.com
2) Add an on-business number to an existing aa.com reservation
Generally there has been a BA leg, so I've simply added it in ba.com. This isn't possible on AA only bookings.
I have phoned several AAgents - and no one seems to be able to do it. Its getting boring being on hold.
And as a separate rant - why do agents think that dumping you on a queue for another call centre is the same as "Let me see if XXX can help you with this"?
