If they say yes then upon arrival in BKK you will stay on that level and locate the PG domestic transfer desk at the east end of D concourse and get your domestic BPs (and show them your baggage tags). Then head through transfer immi which is right there at the A/B/C/D concourse confluence.

Assuming VN has no organizational problem with interlining bags it's pretty easy.

Awesome, thank you so much. I will definitely do that and hopefully they can just check them through to save us time. Like I said, I've never been to BKK so I have no idea if 2 hours would be enough time for us to deplane, grab baggage, recheck baggage, and go thorough customs all in time to catch the connection.
