Hi,

Likewise I had some minor issues with the side bins on the upper deck coming back from LAX earlier this month ( sometimes the bins would open by themselves and other times it took several tries to get them opened). The crew were made aware of the issue

Being in 53A ( window) I was skipped the starter course. The crew only realised when they came to take my tray away to bring the main course that they had not brought the starter.

Despite the delay the main course of beef was still good.
