Thoughts on A380 - glitches and snags

I've flown the BA A380 on the IAD-LHR route (and vv) quite a few times now. A number of issues have cropped up along the way:

- Having always been on the upper deck by the window I find the window bins very useful - but also very frustrating, while some operate as intended (push to open, push to close) some open by themselves/won't close, or if they close they won't open. The latter happened on my recent flight and I had to get a member of the cabin crew to open it - by hitting it really violently (using more force than I would have liked to have done myself).

- on another flight the side-panel of the one the aisle seats fell off - no big deal, but not something you would expect on a new plane.

- I also noticed that the outside of some of the overhead bins had 'dings' in them - not sure what had caused them, but something had clearly dented the outside (I presume that these are of sandwich/foam composite construction).

Oh, and probably more to do with the jetway rather than the plane itself, the other day we all had to disembark from a single door on the lower deck and had to use the internal front stairs - something which was somewhat slow (at least our bags had arrived - in fact too many bags had, jamming the baggage carrousel!).
