Hi all - some urgent help please..... !!!

I am currently trying to book a companion voucher ticket:

OUT
NCL - LON - POS in First

RETURN
UVF - LON - NCL in First

Including 3 x fifth freedom flights from POS - UVF, UVF - GND, and GND - UVF all in economy

These are all on BA metal.

I tallied everything up including reward flight saver internal flights in the Caribbean, and the total should be 182,500 Avios & £594.50 taxes per person (& voucher).

The agents calculations yesterday were for 187,000 Avios and £682.40 per person (& voucher).

I disagreed and showed the exec club pricing and RFS for the inter-Caribbean flights - they stated that RFS absolutely does not exist outside of Europe, despite me explaining about 5th freedom.

Booking held whilst it went to their back office.

I called back today as not heard back yet - got through to the same person, who said admin/fare team had agreed that the fare is correct. I disagreed again and spoke with duty manager.

Manager had not heard of RFS/5th freedom outside of Europe either - I got them to log into my exec club and search for the flights and find the correct RFS fee.

Multiple phone calls and an hour's holding later, I have been told that you cannot combine RFS flights into a long haul itinerary and be honoured the RFS taxes cost..... This is absolutely baffling?! This is the advertised cost on the exec club website!! How can it be different over the phone?! (Obviously I cannot book open jaw on the website which is the problem otherwise I would have!!)

I have been told I have 2 options: 1) pay the amount they are quoting and have it all on 1 booking to incl bags etc. 2) book the long haul F only on companion ticket and book the RFS separately via exec website which would not include F luggage.

Option 1 costs ~£200 more
Option 2 costs more Avios.

BOTH options are incorrect as per total Avios and taxes via adding everything up separately.

What's more if I do option 1), they have told me that no domestic connections are free anymore post April 28, I advised that I understand (and I know categorically) that it is only short haul's which do not incl domestics free.... They disagreed and told me I am wrong and that I have to pay an extra 4500 Avios and taxes for each domestic also. I asked to speak with manager again - unavailable.

I now have booking on hold - where do I stand?!

Are they correct - predominantly that you cannot combine long haul companion ticket with RFS taxes...?

Urgent help very gratefully required!
