VS is not a SkyTeam partner, so SkyTeam Elite+ members do not have access to the VS Clubhouse lounges unless they are traveling in VS Upper Class or Delta One. The access for Delta medallions (only PM and DM at LHR) is specific to the DL-VS partnership, not SkyTeam.
