Sardi's been slipping for years, and is NOT what it used to be, IMHO, so I can't recommend it!

I'd suggest perhaps Mangia Beve, at 9th & 53rd for an "up" happy, party time meal. Note that this is NOT a quiet place and they hand out tamburines to bang while you sing along to the music!
