Combine Amex offer with Paypal offer?
Nope. If you use PayPal and charge it to your Amex, PayPal will be the merchant of record, not 1-809-Flowers. The only way I would see this working is if you called Amex once the charge is posted and plead ignorance, and they give you the credit as a favor.
