Thanks for heads up.
I booked a family member an award trip on a QR (so should not have been charged phone fee but was 2x's). Been round and round since June with AA agents trying to get second fee refunded to no avail.May just leave the $40 with AA until after the trip rather than risk major screw up with reservation.
