Started tweeting on 29 August to @AmericanAir about the lack of PDBs served. They did respond. Tweeted again this morning before finding a thread in this forum. American should be ashamed of itself. In the future, I'll use the #PDBServed hashtag in the tweets to continue the conversation.

Care to share what response you got from the Twitter team? It's tough to push using a tool if they will not acknowledge or resolve the issue.
