"Receipts will be available after your bank processes the transactions, and up to six months after the flight date."
The charge posted to my credit card and shows an incorrect flight number on the credit card details
Flight# 9876 Depart ORD Arrive ORD
When I enter this into the United inflight receipt system I get "No results found" , same as when I enter the actually flown flight number (and by the way ORD was neither departure nor arrival airport). Annoying.
If the 016 receipt ticket number can be used to locate the actual receipt then it would be nice if UA made the input for that option available in the interface.
Guess will just have to take a screen shot of the credit card statement "receipt"...
