Am planning a two European city getaway for family using KrisFlyer mileage redemption.

I'd be departing from Singapore.

Wondering if anyone can shed light as to how the complimentary stopover work and how should I best maximise it?

I'm planning 1 city each from each group:

Group A: London or Paris (for historical reasons)
Group B: Italy - Milan/ Florence OR Spain - Madrid/ Barcelona.
