I would consider it rude (as a fellow passenger) to bother the bulkhead pax (in any class) to cross-over during a flight. Especially if they are eating or sleeping, but in general - I'd look for a galley if I really need to go over to the other side of the plane (to talk to a friend or whatever).

Pre-flight, I'd expect that there might be some traffic there as people board. However, once everyone is settled, I don't think you'll have a problem with those seats on the overnight flight. I can't imagine FA's using this space - particularly if it disturbed/awakened one of their premium-class travelers!
