Just completed a two night stay in a Duplex Suite, upgraded using DSU.

They let me have breakfast in the restaurant, but acted as if that was a special accommodation. Restaurant buffet was okay, but not as impressive as some other Asian properties I regularly stay at (Conrad HKG, Shangri-La BKK).

Duplex Suite is spacious but furnishings in the living area are a bit odd and the Ikea-grade cabinetry is getting really beat-up.

Service was impeccable. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would definitely return.
