That's a good point. Tried SXM-MIA-SFO and that works.

The problem is SFO-JFK on A321T are only available in next August, while any real international Caribbean destination they fly from JFK are not available in next August. I'm not sure if it's seasonal, or they don't open award seats on Caribbean routes that faraway, or something.
