Hmm, actually AS don't allow booking something like SFO-JFK-STT with JFK as a stopover. Or MIA if that matters.

Even a multi city SFO-JFK-MIA-SFO is not allowed, with every single segment is available

Tried to call, but the phone agent says they use the same system so this is not allowed as well.
