The only flight out of Europe arriving @5am is SQ 391 from Istanbul. Between 5am and 6am there are several flights arriving from Europe (BCN, Moscow, AMS and ZRH). The flight from Rome is arriving @6am.

If you trying to connect to another morning flight out of SIN, i would recommend not to make a tight connection. Arriving flights from Europe are often not in time.
