Shun Lee Palace in NYC is yummy but way too expensive. Jing Fong on Elizabeth Street is great for Dim Sum - really cheap amazing food and most of the staff doesn't speak English so I just follow the pointing method.

I don't know half the things I've eaten but it's cheap enough that I don't worry about not liking something - you just don't eat it then. Besides, I'll try almost anything once
Sushi Factory in Hamburg is good. The owners are actually friends of friends who I met at a wedding last year and it was cool to talk to them about how they began the business.
I think East at 27th and 3rd in Manhattan also just started a sushi converyor belt.
